What these guides will not do
They do not tell you what dose to take, whether any compound is appropriate for you, or what protocol to follow. There is no medical review behind this site and no recommendation to obtain or use anything. What they cover is the mechanics: mixing, measuring, storing, and reading the evidence a supplier publishes.
