Missed dose calculator
Three options, plotted together: take it now, skip it and wait, or take it now and move every future injection to match. The curves are the same model used everywhere else on this site, so you can see what each choice does rather than guess.
3 days late, your level has fallen to 4.73 mg, which is 29% below the 6.69 mg trough you normally sit at before an injection. Taking it now brings you back to about 12.75 mg.

How to read this
Taking a late dose raises your level toward the usual peak from wherever it has fallen to. Skipping means waiting until the next scheduled injection, so levels keep falling in the meantime and the following peak is lower than usual. Shifting keeps the interval you are used to but moves every future injection later by the same number of days.
What the plot cannot tell you is which option is appropriate for you. It shows the arithmetic of each choice, not a recommendation. That is a question for a clinician who knows your history.
