Why the numbers differ from other calculators
Absorption rate is rarely published directly, so most tools guess at it. At least one widely used calculator applies a single rate of 0.5 per hour to all three compounds, which puts peak concentration about nine hours after injection and contradicts the published pharmacokinetics for every one of them.
We solve each rate from the compound's reported time to peak instead. Retatrutide comes out at 49 hours to peak, which matches the literature. A test in the build asserts every compound lands within three hours of its documented value, so the table cannot drift without the build failing.
