What the 28 day window actually measures
The table above gives three conditions. The number most people come for is the 28 day figure for a vial mixed with bacteriostatic water and kept refrigerated.
That window is not a measurement of Sermorelin molecules degrading. It is the standard handling window for a multi-dose vial, and what it tracks is the preservative in bacteriostatic water. A multi-dose vial gets punctured repeatedly. Each puncture is an opportunity for contamination, and the preservative is what suppresses growth between punctures. The convention sets a fixed period after which the vial is treated as spent regardless of how much liquid is left.
That distinction changes what you should worry about. Peptide content and microbial control are separate problems on separate timelines. The 28 days speaks to the second. Why warm storage collapses the window
