The fluid drawn is identical in strength in all three cases. What differs is how many doses the vial holds before it is empty, not how concentrated each one is.

Third, the spread across the table is wide. The lowest value in it is 1 mg/mL, from a 3 mg vial in 3 mL. The highest is 15 mg/mL, from a 15 mg vial in 1 mL. The same nominal amount of peptide is a very different volume of liquid at those two ends.

Why the water volume choice matters

Adding water does not change how much Semaglutide exists. A 10 mg vial contains 10 mg whether you reconstitute it with 1 mL or 3 mL. Dilution changes only the relationship between volume drawn and peptide contained.
