What the compound is
Epitalon is a short synthetic peptide, grouped commercially under the longevity label. It is supplied as a freeze dried powder in a sealed vial. The powder has no volume you can measure with a syringe, so it has to be dissolved in a liquid before any portion of it can be drawn out. That liquid is normally bacteriostatic water.
That is the whole reason a concentration table exists. The vial tells you a mass. The syringe reads a volume. Reconstitution is the step that converts one into the other, and the conversion factor is whatever concentration you created when you added the water.

Reading the concentration table
Three vial sizes are sold, 10 mg, 20 mg and 50 mg, and three water volumes are in common use, 1 mL, 2 mL and 3 mL. The table above crosses them. Three things in it are worth pulling out.
First, the same concentration can come from different vials. A 10 mg vial in 1 mL and a 20 mg vial in 2 mL both give 10 mg/mL. The larger vial does not produce a stronger solution, it produces more of the same solution. Vial size determines how many doses you get, not how strong each milliliter is.
Second, the spread is wide. The table runs from 3.33 mg/mL at the low end to 50 mg/mL at the high end. That is a large factor between the weakest and strongest cell. A syringe mark that means one thing at 3.33 mg/mL means something very different at 50 mg/mL, so the vial label alone tells you nothing useful without the water volume written down next to it.
Third, the 3 mL column produces repeating decimals: 3.33 mg/mL, 6.67 mg/mL and 16.67 mg/mL. These are rounded values. Whole number concentrations, such as 10 mg/mL or 25 mg/mL, make the subsequent division easier and leave less room for a rounding slip when you go from a mass to a syringe volume.
From concentration to volume
Once the concentration is fixed, the working step is a single division. Take the mass you intend to draw, divide it by the concentration in mg/mL, and the result is the volume in milliliters. That is the only operation involved.
The listed dose amounts of 5 mg and 10 mg divide cleanly against some concentrations in the table and awkwardly against others. Choosing a water volume that produces a round concentration relative to the mass you care about reduces the arithmetic to something you can check in your head, which is worth more than it sounds when you are reading small marks on a barrel.
Write the water volume on the vial as soon as you add it. The reconstituted liquid looks identical whether it is 5 mg/mL or 25 mg/mL. The only record of which one you made is the number you wrote down, and that number is what every later calculation depends on.
