What an Epitalon dose actually costs
Cost per dose is the vial price divided by the number of whole doses the vial yields. At a 10 mg dose, Epitalon vials of 10 mg, 20 mg and 50 mg each divide with 0 mg stranded, so a 50 mg vial gives 5 doses and nothing is thrown away. You supply the price.

The two numbers that set cost per dose
Only two things decide what a dose costs you: what you paid for the vial, and how many whole doses come out of it. Divide the first by the second. That is the whole calculation.
The second number is where people go wrong. It is not vial size divided by dose in the abstract. It is the number of complete doses you can actually draw. Any remainder too small to be a dose is stranded product. You paid for it, it sits in the vial, and it never becomes a dose. Stranded milligrams do not lower your cost per dose. They raise it, because the same vial price is now spread across fewer usable doses.
This page does not carry prices. Sellers price differently and prices move. What the table gives you is the denominator: whole doses per vial, and the milligrams left behind. Put your own vial price over that number and you have your answer.
What the table on this page shows
Three things are worth pulling out of it.
First, at a 10 mg dose, every vial size sold divides cleanly. The 10 mg, 20 mg and 50 mg vials all strand 0 mg, at 0% waste. There is no size on this list that punishes you with a remainder at this dose. That is unusual. Many compounds have at least one vial size that leaves an awkward tail.
Second, because waste is zero across the board, the ranking is meaningless as a ranking. The summary line names the 10 mg vial as dividing most evenly, but it ties with the other two at zero. When several options are equally clean, the tiebreak tells you nothing useful. Ignore it and compare on price per milligram instead.
Third, that changes what the vial size decision is about. With waste off the table, buying a 50 mg vial rather than five 10 mg vials is purely a question of what the seller charges per milligram and whether you want that much product in one container at one time. The arithmetic no longer favors one size over another.
Reconstitution volume is not a cost lever
Listings for Epitalon show reconstitution with 1 mL, 2 mL or 3 mL of water. Choosing among them changes the concentration of the solution and therefore the mark you draw to on the syringe. It does not change how much peptide is in the vial, how many doses come out of it, or what each one costs.
More water does not stretch a vial. Less water does not concentrate value into fewer doses. The milligrams are fixed at the point of purchase. Volume only distributes them across a different amount of liquid.
The practical reason to care about volume is drawing accuracy. A very small draw is harder to measure than a larger one, and measurement error is a real source of waste that this arithmetic cannot capture. That is a handling question, not a cost question, and this site does not tell you how to handle it.
What this page cannot tell you
There is no reliable human pharmacokinetic data for Epitalon. This site therefore makes no claim about its half life, how long it takes to clear, or whether it accumulates with repeated administration. Any figure you see elsewhere describing those things did not come from a source we can verify, and we will not repeat it.
That gap matters for cost, because cost per dose only becomes cost per week or cost per course once you know how often doses are taken. We do not supply that frequency. - How do I work out my own cost per Epitalon dose?
- Take the price you paid for the vial and divide it by the whole doses column in the table. That gives cost per dose directly. If a vial stranded product, the stranded milligrams are already excluded from the denominator, so the number you get reflects what you actually threw away.
- Does the 50 mg vial work out cheaper per dose?
- Not automatically. At a 10 mg dose it yields 5 whole doses with 0 mg stranded, so there is no waste penalty against it, but there is no waste advantage either. Whether it is cheaper depends entirely on the seller's price per milligram, which this page does not carry.
- Does reconstituting with 3 mL instead of 1 mL waste peptide?
- No. The milligrams in the vial are the same regardless of how much water you add. Volume sets concentration and therefore the syringe mark you draw to. It has no effect on doses per vial or on cost per dose.
- What if I use a 5 mg dose instead?
- Listings do show a 5 mg amount alongside 10 mg. The table on this page is computed at 10 mg only, so we will not state doses-per-vial figures for 5 mg here. This site does not advise which amount to use, and there is no medical review behind it.
- How long does one dose stay active?
